Commercial cleaning, run like a tech company
Started with one van in Melbourne, now 650+ staff strong across Australia. CleanKings runs facility services on standardised systems instead of ad-hoc contractors — one point of contact, one consistent standard, everywhere it operates.

Client approvals, without the group chat chaos
Crittiks replaces the scattered email threads and DMs agencies use for creative sign-off with one shared workspace — every review, comment, and approval logged in a single place.
One tablet instead of another plastic bottle
An Australian-made refillable tablet system that replaces single-use plastic cleaning bottles. Drop a tablet in water, refill the same bottle for years instead of buying a new one every month.

Sri Lankan tea, under your own label
Klense Supply manufactures herbal infusion tea in Sri Lanka and private-labels it for cafés, hotels, distributors, and retailers who want a branded tea range without building a factory.

Sri Lankan wellness, backed by nutrition science
Hela Shots takes botanicals long used in Sri Lankan wellness practice and reformulates them with modern functional nutrition, launching into the Australian market in Q2–Q3 2027.

Rethinking how invoices get settled.

The Framework
Not a mission statement — an actual gate each business goes through before it’s allowed to launch.
01
Prove It Before You Build ItNothing gets built here because it's fashionable. Before a line of code or a supplier contract exists, we run customer interviews, size the market, and check who else has tried and failed.
02
Built So It Doesn't BreakEvery product runs on infrastructure chosen for what it costs to maintain in year three, not how fast it was to ship in week one — cloud-native by default, automation wherever repetition creeps in.
03
Say Less, Mean MoreA venture's story has to survive contact with a skeptical customer, not just a pitch deck. We build positioning around what a brand actually does for the person buying it.
04
Patient Money, Not Fast Money6SILO ventures aren't optimized for a quick flip. Capital gets deployed in stages tied to proof points, reinvested rather than extracted early, modeled against a decade horizon.
05
Boring on PurposeTrademarks filed, contracts reviewed, and ownership structures settled before a venture takes its first paying customer — not after a dispute forces the issue.
06
If We Can't Measure It, We Don't Trust ItEach venture reports unit economics on a set cadence, not whenever someone remembers to check. Decisions get made off that data, not gut feel or the loudest voice in the room.
How We’re Held Accountable
None of this is optional once a venture is live — it’s checked the same way revenue is checked.
Our Commitments
01
Every venture publishes how it operates, not just what it sells. Stakeholders get straight answers, treated as a baseline requirement, not a nice-to-have.
02
Earthy Tabs tracks plastic avoided, CleanKings tracks sites run on standardised protocols — environmental impact gets measured the same way revenue does.
03
Workforce development and local partnerships are budgeted line items across the ventures, not one-off gestures scheduled around press cycles.
04
Every structural decision gets tested against a simple question: does this still make sense ten years out? Short-term wins that fail that test get passed on.
